A Building Warrant of Fitness (BWoF) is the building owner's annual statement confirming that the specified systems listed in the building's compliance schedule have been inspected, maintained and reported on for the previous 12 months. The owner supplies Form 12 to the council and displays a copy in the building. Registered IQPs provide the relevant Form 12A certificates.
Coreseal provides practical passive fire remedial works and documentation support where defects are identified by an IQP, a BWoF inspection, council, a fire engineer or a contractor.
• Service penetration sealing through fire-rated walls and floors

• Selected fire door remedial works, including smoke seals, closers and bottom-gap treatment
